This policy covers the "n8n automation" tool used internally by Swiss Garden Residences by The Boston House to manage bookings.

What this tool accesses

This tool connects to a small number of Google accounts owned and controlled by Swiss Garden Residences itself (not guest or third-party accounts) to:

• Read booking confirmation emails from Booking.com and Airbnb, arriving in dedicated property inboxes.
• Send internal alert emails when the automation needs attention.
• Create, update, and remove events on a Google Calendar used to track room occupancy.

What this tool does not do

This tool does not collect data from the public, does not sell or share any data with third parties, and is not used by, or accessible to, anyone outside Swiss Garden Residences' own staff.

Data retention

Booking data is retained only for as long as needed to operate the property's booking and calendar systems, and is stored on infrastructure controlled directly by Swiss Garden Residences.
